Where do I even start? AuntyJoe's Waakye was the best I ever had. The stew was delicious, the plantain was fried to perfection and the meat was so tender. On top of it, she is such a sweet woman. I thoroughly enjoyed my plate. Will definately buy again. Notice the leaves just like back home.
